Description: Transform your fitness journey with our Couch to 5K program! Over 12 weeks, you’ll progress from gentle walk/run intervals to completing a full 5K (3.1 miles). Build endurance, strength, and confidence while embracing a healthier lifestyle—one step at a time.

Description: The TRACK Speed & Strength Series is a progressive training program for active adults designed to build speed, strength, and durable movement. Each session blends running-based speed work with foundational strength, core stability, and agility to improve overall athletic performance. Workouts focus on efficient mechanics, coordinated movement, and injury-resistant training using mostly bodyweight and minimal equipment for a smart, well-rounded approach to long-term fitness.

Meet Kat, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Running Coach with over 15 years of personal running experience, from sprints to marathons. With 8 years as a Personal Trainer, Kat is dedicated to enhancing the joy of running and movement, ensuring a safe and effective training program. She firmly believes in pushing individuals beyond their perceived limits!
