Description: Transform your fitness journey with our Couch to 5K program! Over 12 weeks, you’ll progress from gentle walk/run intervals to completing a full 5K (3.1 miles). Build endurance, strength, and confidence while embracing a healthier lifestyle—one step at a time.

Beyond 5K: Strength & Stamina

Description: Take your running to the next level! Beyond 5K: Strength & Stamina combines running intervals, strength training, and mobility work to help runners push past beginner level. Improve endurance, power, and speed in a supportive, motivating group setting.

Description: Exclusive for participants of Couch to 5K or Beyond 5K! This add-on gives you extra access to the warm-up track outside your scheduled sessions. Train on your own, build confidence, and progress toward your running goals.
