The use of this facility is conditioned on customer’s express consent to the use of his/her likeness, without compensation, in connection with all of the facility’s advertising, promotional and marketing activities. If you would like to share your photos with our marketing team, please email information@thetrackatnewbalance.com.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing a minimum of 30 days prior to the program’s start date. All refunds and registration transfers will be administered a $25 fee. No refunds and/or transfers will be permitted within 30 days of the program’s start date. All refund requests are subject to approval.
