If you’re looking to stay active in the colder months of the New England weather, please join us for Morning Steps!

The purpose of this walking program is to increase physical activity, increase energy, improve overall health, and connect with others in the community! Rules/Regulations • Running workouts are strictly prohibited on the track – this is to ensure the safety of all participants walking on the track. Slow jogging is acceptable. • All participants must be wearing sneakers to be permitted on the track. • No food or drinks are allowed on the track, water only. • All participants must sign waivers.

Navigating the Track:

  • All participants must enter through the 91 Guest St entrance.
  • Upon entering, please sign in with Track staff
  • To access the warmup track, please follow signage to the 4th level.
